Eckert developed the ESR System, a specialized device for professional pipe and profile processing, created in response to customer market research. The system functions as an auxiliary component working alongside conventional CNC cutting machines, positioned outside the cutting machine's work area.

The rotator features a specialized gearbox with rotating head capable of cutting pipes with diameters between 50–900 mm. The portal extends via special attachment to allow free movement above the rotator, which controls pipe rotation.
